Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to use Sprout?

Your Sprout Family memberships are offered by your employer as a part of your employee wellness and benefits plan.

Coverage for fertility treatments, adoption, and surrogacy expenses vary depending on your employer's benefits package and specific insurance plan. Some plans may cover a range of fertility treatments, such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg freezing, fertility drugs, etc., while others may have limitations or exclusions.

We will help you review your benefits package and government funding options to understand the extent of coverage and any requirements or limitations.

As an employer, what is the cost of offering Sprout to my employees?

We charge a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) fee to offer your employees unlimited access to our Digital Health platform and the included services.

If you choose to add on Sprout Pay, we charge a Benefits Administration Fee (%) for claims paid through the program.

Are there volume discounts or tiered pricing based on company size?

Yes. The PEPM rate is based on the size of your organization. Larger organizations (i.e., those with a higher number of employees) will receive a lower monthly rate.

How long are the contract terms? Does the employer pay up front?

We offer annual contracts with flexible payment structures, including monthly and annual billing.

Can I access Sprout directly, or does it need to be part of my employer benefits?

Currently you cannot access Sprout unless it is part of your employer benefits.  If you think Sprout should be part of your benefits plan, we'd be happy to reach out to them.  Share your company information here, and we'll let them know there's interest in family-building benefits. If preferred, you can keep it anonymous by leaving your name and email blank.
